Thank you all so much for backing our project! Last week, we finally managed to ship the remaining rewards. If you have any questions or experience any problems with your piece of jewelry, don't hesitate to contact us by email at support @ bywindestal.com
It's been a rewarding experience making all these pieces of jewelry for you all, although we met some challenges on the way as well. Those of you who chose the pendant with a removable solid meteorite bar had to wait for the longest to have your rewards fulfilled, as we had some bad luck with cracks in the meteorite, and the bars ended up breaking in half after we cut them. But now, they are all on their way!
The only remaining rewards to be fulfilled are ones that haven't replied to our survey, nor any of the other messages we have tried to send you. If this applies to you, please get in touch with us as soon as possible!

Progress on shipping

Just a quick update to let you all know that we have so far shipped out 63% of pledges and more will ship soon. As soon as your package has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Thank you all for the awesome support! Everyone we've been in contact with has been a delight to communicate with. This really has been a fantastic journey. Thank you for helping us make it :)
Shipping of the first pieces of meteorite jewelry has begun!

We are happy to report that we've started to ship out the first pieces of meteorite jewelry.
We are working our way down the list one piece of jewelry at a time. We will be continuously making and shipping out your unique pieces of space jewelry at the pace we can craft them, so please be patient as it does take quite some time to craft each piece.
As soon as your pledge has been sent out you will receive an email from us with the tracking number of your shipment.
Once you get your jewelry we would love to hear what you think of it!

Thank you for making our project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can craft your jewelry.
Here's a quick rundown:
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money. (This can take a week or sometimes two). In the meantime, we will prepare as much as we can for the jewelry.
Second, we have to find out which jewelry design you want and what your address is. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information soon.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey help us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.
